Kearny Street Management is a healthcare management consultancy, founded in 2002. Provider Network Development is the practice this site is built around — backed by a senior team that has served healthcare leaders for more than two decades.
You don't need another vendor with a framework — you need a team that has actually stood up, fixed, and run provider networks. That's Kearny Street. Our people have led inside health plans, provider organizations, IPAs, and risk-bearing entities, which means we understand what each party truly needs from a network relationship.
That range is the foundation of how the work gets done. Most contracting problems aren't really contracting problems — they're relationship, information, or sequencing problems that look like rate disputes. Having sat on both sides of the table, the team recognizes what's actually going on and knows what moves the conversation forward.
